The sessions will begin at 8 a.m. each day and adjourn at 4 p.m. on October 13 and at 11:30 a.m. on October 14. The meeting is open to the public. ACTION: Notice of intent to enter into an enhanced-use lease.

SUMMARY: The Secretary of VA intends to enter into an EUL on a 1.9-acre 
parcel of land at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC) in 
Canandaigua, New York. The selected lessees will finance, design, 
develop, construct, manage, maintain and operate the EUL development. 
As consideration for the lease, the lessees will be required to 
construct, renovate, operate, and maintain a transitional and permanent 
housing facility; provide preference and priority placement for 
homeless Veterans and Veterans at risk of homelessness and their 
families; and provide a supportive services program that guides 
resident Veterans toward attaining long-term self-sufficiency.
