The Rule This amendment to Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 71 establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Bumpass, VA, to provide the controlled airspace required to support the new RNA V GPS standard instrument approach procedures developed for Lake Anna Airport. This action is necessary for the safety and management of IFR operations at the airport. The FAA has determined that this regulation only involves an established body of technical regulations for which frequent and routine amendments are necessary to keep them operationally current, is non-controversial and unlikely to result in adverse or negative comments. Interested parties were invited to participate in this rulemaking proceeding by submitting written comments on the proposal to the FAA. One comment was received that the Northway VORTAC and coordinates should not be referred to in the E5 airspace designation. The FAA found merit in that and removes reference to the Northway VORTAC and its coordinates from the E5 airspace description in this rule. Subesequent to publication, the FAA found that the geographic coordinates of the airports needed to be adjusted. This action makes the adjustment. The rule also adjusts the coordinates for the Northway Airport to bring them in concert with those on record in the FAA’s aeronautical database. The FAA has determined that this regulation only involves an established body of technical regulations for which frequent and routine amendments are necessary to keep them operationally current. It, therefore—(1) is not a ‘‘significant regulatory action’’ under Executive Order 12866; (2) is not a ‘‘significant rule’’ under DOT Regulatory Policies and Procedures (44 FR 11034; February 26, 1979); and (3) does not warrant preparation of a regulatory evaluation as the anticipated impact is so minimal.
