ACTION: Notice of issuance of permits. We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), have issued the following permits to conduct certain activities with both Endangered Species and Marine Mammal. We issue these permits under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA). Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force Meeting

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: This notice announces a meeting of the Aquatic Nuisance 
Species Task Force (ANS Task Force). The ANS Task Force's purpose is to 
develop and implement a program for U.S. waters to prevent introduction 
and dispersal of aquatic nuisance species; to monitor, control and 
study such species; and to disseminate related information. The meeting 
is open to the public.

DATES: The ANS Task Force will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 
Wednesday, November 2, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 
3, 2011.
