Abstract: TTB F 5170.7 is used to
document the shipment of taxpaidPuerto Rican liquors or articles into the
U.S. The form is verified by Puerto
Rican and U.S. Treasury officials to
certify that products are either taxpaid
or deferred under appropriate bond.
This serves as a method of protection of
the revenue.
Current Actions: We are submitting
this information collection for extension
purposes only. The information
collection, estimated number of
respondents, and estimated total annual
burden hours remain unchanged.

warehouse; or for use as supplies on
vessels or aircraft.

activities (such as warehousing bulk
distilled spirits for non-industrial use
without bottling). TTB personnel use
the information on the form to identify
the applicant, the location of the
business, and the types of activities to
be conducted.
Current Actions: We are submitting
this information collection as a revision.
Changes in this supporting statement
reflect changes to section numbers as
recodified in the final rule for the
revision of 27 CFR Part 19, Distilled
Spirits Plants. The information
collection, estimated number of
respondents, and estimated total annual
burden hours remain unchanged.

Notice is
hereby given that the Certificate of
Authority issued by the Treasury to
Minnesota Surety and Trust Company
(NAIC#30996) under 31 U.S.C. 9305 to
qualify as an acceptable surety on
Federal bonds is terminated effective
today. Federal bond-approving officials
should annotate their reference copies
of the Treasury Department Circular 570
(‘‘Circular’’), 2011 Revision, to reflect
this change.
With respect to any bonds, including
continuous bonds, currently in force
with above listed Company, bondapproving officers should secure new
bonds with acceptable sureties in those
instances where a significant amount of
liability remains outstanding. In
addition, in no event, should bonds that
are continuous in nature be renewed.
