Scoping: In order to effectively define
the full range of issues to be evaluated
in the EIS, the USAF will sponsor a
series of scoping meetings to determine
the scope of the EIS and solicit
comments from interested agencies and
members of the public.
All scoping meetings will be
held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The
scheduled dates, times, and locations
for the scoping meetings will be
published in local media. Scoping

Verbal or written comments will also be
accepted at each of the public scoping
meetings. Scoping comments may also
