No other part of the preamble or regulatory information has been changed; therefore, only the changed portion of the final rule is being published in the Federal Register. This action enhances the safety and airspace management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations within the National Airspace System. This action also makes a minor adjustment to the geographic coordinates of the airport and recognizes the name change of the Burlington VOR/DME. DATES: Effective 0901 UTC, December 15, 2011.
