As required at 5 CFR 1320.8(d), the
BLM published a 60-day notice in the
Federal Register on May 10, 2011 (76
FR 27085), and the comment period
ended July 11, 2011. The BLM received
no comments. The BLM now requests
comments on the following subjects:
1. Whether the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
functioning of the BLM, including
whether the information will have
practical utility;
2. The accuracy of the BLM’s estimate
of the burden of collecting the
information, including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
3. The quality, utility and clarity of
the information to be collected; and
4. How to minimize the information
collection burden on those who are to
respond, including the use of
appropriate automated, electronic,
mechanical, or other forms of
information technology.

AGENCY:
The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) will file the plat of
survey of the lands described below in
the BLM Montana State Office, Billings,
Montana, on October 21, 2011.
DATES: Protests of the survey must be
filed before October 21, 2011 to be
considered.
SUMMARY:
Protests of the survey

subdivision of section 34, Township 152
North, Range 65 West, Fifth Principal
Meridian, North Dakota, was accepted
September 14, 2011. We will place a
copy of the plat, in two sheets, and
related field notes we described in the
open files. They will be available to the
public as a matter of information. If the
BLM receives a protest against this
survey, as shown on this plat, in two
sheets, prior to the date of the official
filing, we will stay the filing pending
our consideration of the protest. We will
not officially file this plat, in two sheets,
until the day after we have accepted or
dismissed all protests and they have
become final, including decisions or
appeals.
