2003, I hereby determine that the organization known as the Indian 
Mujahideen, also known as Indian Mujahedeen, also known as Indian 
Mujahidin, also known as Islamic Security Force-Indian Mujahideen (ISF-
IM), committed, or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of
