for such a registration is made.

respond: It is estimated that 1,500
respondents will complete a 30 minute
form.

information collection was previously

39901, on July 7, 2011, allowing for a 60
day comment period.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
for an additional 30 days for public
comment until October 12, 2011. This
process is conducted in accordance with

used to show where and to whom
explosive materials are sent, thereby
ensuring that any diversions will be
readily apparent and if lost or stolen,
ATF will be immediately notified.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: There will be an estimated
50,519 respondents, who will take 1
hour to maintain records.
(6) An estimate of the total burden (in
hours) associated with the collection:
There are an estimated 637,570 total
