been adversely affected by the event
declared an emergency by the President
in his declaration of August 26, 2011.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The counties of Essex, Gloucester, Henrico,
King George, King and Queen, Louisa, Surry,
Sussex, and York and the Independent City
of Richmond for emergency protective
measures (Category B), including direct
federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program.
