NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE:
The Secretary of Homeland Security
is proposing to exempt this system from
the notification, access, and amendment
procedures of the Privacy Act. However,
DHS/NPPD will consider individual
requests to determine whether or not
information may be released.

system of records, or seeking to contest

This Notice relies on the authority of
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995;
