    Take notice that on August 29, 2011, Public Service Company of 
Colorado (PSCo) filed a Rate Election pursuant to section 284.123(b)(1) 
of the Commission's regulations. PSCo proposes to utilize rates that 
are the same as those contained in PSCo's transportation rate schedules 
for comparable intrastate service on file with the Colorado Public
