New construction projects may be
eligible for up to 32 points when the
pre-application includes a written
certification by the applicant to
participate in the following energy
efficiency programs. The points will be
allocated as follows:
(1) Participation in the Department of
Energy’s Energy Star for Homes program

Advisory Committee (Committee) to the
