filing pending our consideration of the
protest. We will not officially file this
plat, in five sheets, until the day after
we have accepted or dismissed all
protests and they have become final,
including decisions or appeals.

survey.
AGENCY:
The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) will file the plat of
survey of the lands described below in
the BLM Montana State Office, Billings,
Montana, on September 28, 2011.
DATES: Protests of the survey must be
filed before September 28, 2011 to be
considered.
SUMMARY:
Protests of the survey
should be sent to the Branch of
Cadastral Survey, Bureau of Land

survey was executed at the request of
the Regional Realty Officer, Northwest
Region, Bureau of Indian Affairs,
Portland, Oregon, and was necessary to
determine individual and tribal trust
lands.
The lands we surveyed are:

section 2, a portion of the easterly right-ofway of present U.S. Highway 93, through
section 12, a portion of the easterly right-ofway of Old U.S. Highway 93, through section
24, a portion of the easterly right-of-way of
the Burlington Northern Railroad, through

In accordance with the Santa
Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains
National Monument Act of 2000 and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act of
1972, the U.S. Department of the

(BLM) and U.S. Department of
Agriculture, Forest Service (Forest

Advisory Committee (MAC) will meet as

a variety of planning and management
issues associated with the National
Monument. All MAC meetings are open
to the public. The public may present
written comments to the MAC in
advance of or at the meeting. Each
formal MAC meeting will also have time
allocated for receiving public
comments. Depending on the number of
persons wishing to comment and time
available, the time for individual oral
comments may be limited. Individuals
who plan to attend and need special
assistance, such as sign language
interpretation or other reasonable
accommodations, should contact the
Monument Manager as provided above.

International Trade Commission on July
22, 2011, under section 337 of the Tariff
Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C.
1337, on behalf of MyKey Technology
Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Supplements were filed on August 9
and 10, 2011. The complaint alleges
violations of section 337 based upon the
importation into the United States, the
sale for importation, and the sale within
the United States after importation of
certain computer forensic devices and
products containing the same by reason
of infringement of certain claims of U.S.
Patent No. 6,813,682 (‘‘the ‘682 patent’’);
