of the Nebraska Advisory Committee
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to
the provisions of the rules and
regulations of the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a planning meeting of the
Nebraska Advisory Committee to the
Commission will convene by conference
call at 1:30 p.m. and adjourn at
approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thursday,
September 15, 2011. The purpose of this
meeting is to continue planning the
Committee’s civil rights project ‘‘The
Civil Rights Implications of Nebraska LB
403 to Require Verification of Legal
Presence in the United States to Receive
Public Benefits.’’
