Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and
§ 225.41 of the Board’s Regulation Y (12
CFR 225.41) to acquire shares of a bank
or bank holding company. The factors
that are considered in acting on the
notices are set forth in paragraph 7 of

immediate inspection at the Federal

announces the following meeting of the
aforementioned committee:

Status: Open to the public limited only by
the space available. The meeting room will
accommodate up to 75 people. Public
participants should pre-register for the

Purpose: This Board is charged with
providing advice and guidance to the
Secretary, Department of Health and Human
Services (HHS), the Assistant Secretary for
Health (ASH), the Director, Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and
the Director, Office of Public Health
Preparedness and Response (OPHPR),
concerning strategies and goals for the
programs and research within OPHPR,
monitoring the overall strategic direction and
focus of the OPHPR Divisions and Offices,
and administration and oversight of peer
review of OPHPR scientific programs. For
additional information about the Board,

Matters To Be Discussed: The agenda items
for this meeting include: An update to the
Board on OPHPR’s strategic planning
activities; an annual update on the
implementation of recommendations from
the external review of OPHPR’s fiscal
allocation process; program responses to the
Board’s recommendations for the external
peer reviews of the Division of Select Agents
and Toxins, the Division of State and Local
Readiness, and the Division of Emergency
Operations; reports to the Board on the
external peer reviews of the Division of
Strategic National Stockpile and the Career
Epidemiology Field Officer Program; and
updates from liaison representatives to the
Board to share any key highlights of their
organization’s activities that are relevant to
the OPHPR mission. Agenda items are
subject to change as priorities dictate.

In compliance with the requirement
of section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services (CMS), Department of Health
and Human Services, is publishing the
following summary of proposed
collections for public comment.
Interested persons are invited to send
comments regarding this burden
estimate or any other aspect of this
collection of information, including any
of the following subjects: (1) The
necessity and utility of the proposed
information collection for the proper
performance of the Agency’s function;
(2) the accuracy of the estimated
burden; (3) ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) the use of
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology to
minimize the information collection
burden.
1. Type of Information Collection
Request: Revision of a previously
approved collection; Title of
Information Collection: Health Care
Reform Insurance Web Portal
Requirements 45 CFR part 159; Use: In
accordance with sections 1103 and
10102 of the Affordable Care Act, the
U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services created a Web site called
healthcare.gov to meet these and other
provisions of the law, and data
collection was conducted for six months
based upon an emergency information
collection request. The interim final rule
published on May 5, 2010 served as the
emergency Federal Register Notice for
the prior Information Collection Request
(ICR). The Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) reviewed this ICR under
emergency processing and approved the
ICR on April 30, 2010. CMS will be
submitting a revised ICR to OMB for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The proposed information collection is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies.
This information collection is
mandated by sections 1103 and 10102 of
the Affordable Care Act. Once all of the
information is collected from insurance
