Departments’ medical treatment
facilities, commercial healthcare
providers under contract to the Military
Health System, the Defense Enrollment
Eligibility Reporting System, the
Uniformed Service Treatment Facility
Managed Care System, commercial
pharmacies, and the Department of
Veterans Affairs.
