Natural avers that the proposed MAOP increase will allow Natural to operate more efficiently within certificated levels to the benefit of the market. Natural estimates the total cost of the proposed project to be $3.1 million, all as more fully set forth in the application, which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
