    By Notice dated April 28, 2011, and published in the Federal 
Register on May 4, 2011, 76 FR 25376, Johnson Matthey Pharma Services, 
70 Flagship Drive, North Andover, Massachusetts 01845, made application 
by renewal to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be 
registered as a bulk manufacturer of the following basic classes of 
controlled substances:
