issue supplemental questionnaires, and
to evaluate surrogate value and
surrogate county submissions for
purposes of these preliminary results.
Therefore, in accordance with section
751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, the Department
is extending the time limit for
completion of the preliminary results of
the administrative review by 120 days.
The preliminary results will now be due
no later than February 28, 2012. The
final results continue to be due 120 days
after the publication of the preliminary
results.
This notice is published pursuant to
section 777(i)(1) of the Act and 19 CFR
351.213(h)(2).

2011 and the publication date of this
notice of extension shall be deemed
timely and will be given full
consideration. Persons who submitted
comments between July 22, 2011 and
the date of publication of this notice
need not resubmit their comments.
During the extended solicitation period,

comments. In those cases, NIST will
consider and post only the last version
received.

Atlantic States Marine Fisheries
Commission, and the Gulf States Marine
Fisheries Commission; implemented the
Southeast Data, Assessment and Review
(SEDAR) process, a multi-step method
for determining the status of fish stocks.
The SEDAR Steering Committee meets
regularly to provide oversight of the
SEDAR process and establish
assessment priorities.
During this meeting the Steering
Committee will receive reports on
recent SEDAR activities, consider
assessment scheduling for 2012–16, and
discuss the SEDAR budget and
procedures.
Although non-emergency issues not
contained in this agenda may come
before this group for discussion, in
accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens
Fishery Conservation and Management
Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act), those
issues may not be the subject of formal
action during this meeting. Actions will
be restricted to those issues specifically
identified in this notice and any issues
arising after publication of this notice
that require emergency action under
Section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens
Act, provided the public has been
notified of the Council’s intent to take
final action to address the emergency.
