Burdens. This decrease reflects EPA’s
change in methodology for calculating
the number of target housing renovation
events compared to that used in the
2008 Renovation, Repair and Painting
rule analysis. The Supporting Statement
provides details on the change in
burden estimate. The change is an
adjustment.
