The proposed change is consistent with Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 08–09, Revision 6, ‘‘Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors.’’ Date of issuance: July 27, 2011. Effective date: This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance. The implementation of the CSP, including the key intermediate milestone dates and the full implementation date, shall be in accordance with the implementation schedule submitted by the licensee on April 1, 2011, and approved by the NRC staff with this license amendment.
