CP82–487–000, et al., to replace approximately 9.5 miles of 10-inch diameter pipeline with new 12-inch diameter pipeline located in Carbon County, Montana. Additionally, Williston Basin proposes to abandon in place the existing 9.5 miles of 10-inch diameter pipeline and remove all exposed pipe and the existing 12 Mile Valve. Williston Basin states that the replacement project will cost $4,722,550, all as more fully set forth in the application, which is open to the public for inspection.
