period on this information collection on
May 3, 2011.

or extension: Extension.

collection: Grant and Cooperative
Agreement Provisions.

required: Technical performance reports
are required every six months; other

(10) Abstract: The Division of
Contracts is responsible for awarding
grants and cooperative agreements
(financial assistance) for the NRC. The
Division of Contracts collects
information from assistance recipients
in accordance with grant and
cooperative agreement provisions in
order to administer NRC’s financial
assistance program. The information
collected under the provisions ensures
that the Government’s rights are
protected, the agency adheres to public
laws, the work proceeds on schedule,
and that disputes between the
Government and the recipient are
settled.

employment consideration will submit
application materials, including cover
letters, resumes, school transcripts, lists

Pursuant to Section 189a. (2) of the
Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended
(the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (the Commission or NRC)
is publishing this regular biweekly
notice. The Act requires the
Commission publish notice of any
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued and grants the Commission the
authority to issue and make
immediately effective any amendment
to an operating license upon a
determination by the Commission that
such amendment involves no significant
hazards consideration, notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
notices of amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued from July 14,
2011, to July 27, 2011. The last biweekly
