SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Indiana is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of June 23, 2011. The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Agencies which receive HUD funding for projects that will involve relocation of owners or tenants displaced due to a project which involves rehabilitation, demolition, or acquisition of property are subject to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA). Agencies are required to document their compliance with the requirements of the URA and applicable implementing program regulations. DATES: Comments Due Date: September 6, 2011.
