licensee proposes to replace an existing
4-foot high by 216-foot long wooden
flashboard on one of the Morrisville
dam spillways with two sections of 4foot high by 108-foot long automatic
crest control system. There would be no
change in the authorized normal
maximum water surface elevation of
631.79 feet NGVD datum.
