This information collection is necessary for USCIS to collect and process the required biometric and biographic data from an applicant, petitioner, sponsor, beneficiary, or other individual residing in the United States. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: 1,622,176 responses at 5 minutes (.083 hours) per response.
