effective without further notice on
August 22, 2011 unless comments are
received which result in a contrary
determination.

issued November 13, 2001. The United
States Government, as represented by
the Secretary of the Army, has rights to
this invention.

The category of individuals covered
by this system is obsolete. NSA/CSS no
longer has inactive duty military reserve
personnel assigned to NSA mobilization
billets, therefore, there are no training
requirements for these individuals. All
Agency training records are covered
under GNSA 12, NSA/CSS Education,
Training and Workforce Development
(March 24, 2009, 74 FR 12116).
