Region, has released for public comment draft revisions to the 
Transportation and Federal Workplace Elements of the

Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital: Federal Elements. The 
Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital: Federal Elements addresses 
matters relating to Federal Properties and Federal Interests in the
