Take notice that, on July 8, 2011, Sky
River LLC filed to amend its Open
Access Transmission Tariff (OATT)
filing, submitted on April 1, 2011 and
amended on April 7, 2011, in the above
captioned dockets with information
required under the Commission’s
regulations. Such filing served to reset
the filing date in this proceeding.

SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document
announces that EPA is planning to
submit a request to renew an existing
approved Information Collection
Request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). This
ICR covers collection of information
concerning Universal Wastes, Mixed
Waste, and Used Oil. This ICR is
scheduled to expire on December 31,
2011. Before submitting the ICR to OMB

soliciting comments on specific aspects
of the proposed information collection
as described below.
