described lands was officially filed at
the Nevada State Office, Reno, Nevada
on June 16, 2011:
The plat, representing the dependent
resurvey of a portion of the
subdivisional lines and a portion of
Mineral Survey No. 4025, and the
subdivision of section 12 and a metesand-bounds survey of Parcel A in
section 12, Township 36 North, Range
37 East, Mount Diablo Meridian,
Nevada, under Group No. 792, was
accepted on June 14, 2011. This survey
was executed to meet certain
administrative needs of the Bureau of
Land Management.

described lands were officially filed at
the Nevada State Office, Reno, Nevada
on June 23, 2011:
The plat, in two (2) sheets,
representing the dependent resurvey of
the First Standard Parallel South
through a portion of Range 70 East,
portions of the east boundary and a
portion of the subdivisional lines, the
subdivision of sections 1 and 12 and a
metes-and-bounds survey in section 1,
Township 5 South, Range 70 East, of the
Mount Diablo Meridian, Nevada, under
Group 868, was accepted on June 21,
2011.
The plat, in two (2) sheets,
representing the dependent resurvey of
a portion of the subdivisional lines and
a metes-and-bounds survey through
sections 6 and 7, Township 5 South,
Range 71 East, of the Mount Diablo
Meridian, Nevada, under Group No.
868, was accepted on June 21, 2011.
These surveys were executed to meet
certain administrative needs of the State
of Nevada.
The above-listed surveys are now the
basic record for describing the lands for
all authorized purposes. These surveys
have been placed in the open files in the
Bureau of Land Management, Nevada
State Office and are available to the
public as a matter of information.
Copies of the surveys and related field
notes may be furnished to the public
upon payment of the appropriate fees.

Wyoming. The petition was filed on
time and was accompanied by all the
rentals due since the date the lease
terminated under the law.
