Date of Effectiveness of the Proposed Rule Change and Timing for Commission Action Because the foregoing proposed rule change does not: (i) Significantly affect the protection of investors or the public interest; (ii) impose any significant burden on competition; and (iii) become operative for 30 days after the date of the filing, or such shorter time as the Commission may designate, it has become effective pursuant to 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act 17 and Rule 19b–4(f)(6) 18 thereunder. ACTION: Notice of open Federal Advisory Committee meetings.

SUMMARY: The SBA is issuing this notice to announce the location, date, 
time and agenda for the 4th quarter meetings of the National Small 
Business Development Center (SBDC) Advisory Board.

DATES: The meetings for the 4th quarter will be held on the following 
dates:

Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 1 p.m. EST.
Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 1 p.m. EST.
Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 1 p.m. EST.
