Scoping Meetings
Commission staff will hold two

public. We invite all interested
individuals, organizations, and agencies
to attend one or both of the meetings,
and to assist staff in identifying
particular study needs, as well as the
scope of environmental issues to be
addressed in the environmental

Ohio Valley Hub, LLC; Notice of Motion
for Extension of Rate Case Filing
Deadline
Take notice that on June 30, 2011,
Ohio Valley Hub, LLC (OVH) filed a
request for an extension consistent with
the Commission’s revised policy of
periodic review from a triennial to a five
year period. The Commission in Order
No. 735 modified its policy concerning
periodic reviews of rates charges by
section 311 and Hinshaw pipelines to
extend the cycle for such reviews from
three to five years.1 Therefore, OVH
requests that the date for its next rate
filing be extended to August 13, 2013,
which is five years from the date of
OVH’s most recent rate filing with this
Commission.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate proceeding must file a motion
to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and
214 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211
and 385.214). Protests will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.
Any person wishing to become a party
must file a notice of intervention or
motion to intervene, as appropriate.
Such notices, motions, or protests must
be filed on or before the date as
indicated below. Anyone filing an
