    Take notice that on June 6, 2011, Public Service Company of 
Colorado (PSCo) submitted a filing seeking approval of proposed journal 
entries to clear Account 102, Electric Plant Purchased or Sold, 
relating to its purchase of 100 percent of the ownership interests of 
Blue Spruce Energy Center, LLC and Rocky Mountain Energy Center, LLC 
and the subsequent merger of those entities into PSCo. Additionally, 
PSCo requested a waiver of the Commission's accounting regulations to 
allow it to include the fair value of the acquired Calpine facilities 
in Account 101, Electric Plant in Service.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
