Atmos Pipeline-Texas; Notice of Petition for Rate Approval

    Take notice that on June 6, 2011, Atmos Pipeline-Texas (APT) filed 
a petition pursuant to section 284.123(b)(1) of the Commission's 
regulations a rate election for transportation service. APT states the 
rate election reflects its cost-based transportation rates on file with 
the Railroad Commission of Texas, a more fully detailed in the
