Initially, this will be accomplished by the sponsor contacting the user for their information. As the site matures, the information will be collected via an online Web form. The information collected is used by the DHS S&T E–STCS program to determine the authenticity and suitability of the practitioner requesting access. Once approved, users will utilize the collaborative environment to exchange information, network with other users, as well as post blogs and comments.
