The submission will describe the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use. nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, 
the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by 
respondents to respond) and cost, and the actual data collection 
instruments FEMA will use.

81-112), Statement of Voluntary Participation for Acquisition of 
Property for Purpose of Open Space.
    Abstract: FEMA and State and local recipients of FEMA mitigation 
grant programs will use the information collected to meet the Property 
Acquisition requirements to implement acquisition activities under the 
terms of grant agreements for acquisition and relocation activities.
