    Pursuant to Sec.  1301.33(a), Title 21 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations (CFR), this is notice that on August 18, 2010, AMPAC Fine 
Chemicals LLC., Highway 50 and Hazel Avenue, Building 05001, Rancho 
Cordova, California 95670, made application to the Drug Enforcement 
Administration (DEA) as a bulk manufacturer of the following basic
