We scheduled this meeting to provide landowners an opportunity to voice comments on the proposed project, and in response to the requests received during the April 11, 2011 environmental site review of the proposed East Aurora Compressor Station site and subsequent requests filed with the Commission. The public scoping meeting is scheduled as follows: On March 25, 2011, Reliable Storage 1 LLC filed an application, pursuant to section 4(f) of the Federal Power Act, proposing to study the feasibility of hydropower near the town of Sneedville, on Keaton Creek, in Hancock County, Tennessee. The sole purpose of a preliminary permit, if issued, is to grant the permit holder priority to file a license application during the permit term. A preliminary permit does not authorize the permit holder to perform any land-disturbing activities or otherwise enter upon lands or waters owned by others without the owners’ express permission. National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation; Notice of Public Scoping 
Meeting for the Proposed Northern Access Project

    On June 6, 2011, the Office of Energy Projects staff will hold a 
public scoping meeting to obtain input related to the environmental 
analysis of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation's (National Fuel) 
Northern Access Project. We scheduled this meeting to provide 
landowners an opportunity to voice comments on the proposed project, 
and in response to the requests received during the April 11, 2011 
environmental site review of the proposed East Aurora Compressor 
Station site and subsequent requests filed with the Commission. The
