exclusive license in the United States to
practice the inventions described and

Preservation of Liquid Biological
Samples, NASA Case No. MSC- 22616–
2, and USPN 6,716,392, Preservation of
Liquid Biological Samples, NASA Case
No. MSC–22616–3 to ApoCell, Inc.,
having its principal place of business in

Competing applications completed and
received by NASA within fifteen (15)
days of the date of this published notice
will also be treated as objections to the
grant of the contemplated partially
exclusive license.

this notice will not be made available to
the public for inspection and, to the
extent permitted by law, will not be
released under the Freedom of

The Nuclear Regulatory
Commission has issued for public
comment a document entitled: NUREG/
CR–XXXX, ‘‘Development of
Quantitative Software Reliability
Models for Digital Protection Systems of
Nuclear Power Plants, Draft Report for
Comment.’’
DATES: Please submit comments by July
18, 2011. Comments received after this
date will be considered if it is practical
to do so, but the NRC staff is able to
ensure consideration only for comments
received on or before this date.
