Fortress Systems Group Ltd. because it
has not filed any periodic reports since
the period ended June 30, 2002.
It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of Digital
Youth Network Corp. because it has not
filed any periodic reports since the
period ended May 31, 2006.
It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of Fantom
Technologies Inc. because it has not
filed any periodic reports since the
period ended June 30, 2000.
It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of KIK
Technology International, Inc. because
it has not filed any periodic reports
since the period ended January 31,
2008.
The Commission is of the opinion that
the public interest and the protection of
investors require a suspension of trading
in the securities of the above-listed
companies. Therefore, it is ordered,
pursuant to Section 12(k) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that
trading in the securities of the abovelisted companies is suspended for the
period from 9:30 a.m. EDT on May 12,
2011 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT
on May 25, 2011.

soliciting public comments to permit
the Department to:
• Evaluate whether the proposed
information collection is necessary for
the proper performance of our
functions.
• Evaluate the accuracy of our
estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection, including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used.
• Enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected.
• Minimize the reporting burden on
those who are to respond, including the
use of automated collection techniques
or other forms of technology.
Abstract of proposed collection:
Form DS–6561 provides a concise
summary of basic medical history, lab
tests and physical examination for
employees and family members that are
not members of one of the five Foreign
Affairs agencies to include, State,
USAID, Foreign Commercial Service,
Foreign Agricultural Service, and Board
of Broadcasting Governors. It is
designed to collect current and adequate
information on which medical providers
can base decisions on whether an
employee and family members will have
sufficient medical resources at a
diplomatic mission abroad to maintain
their health and fitness.
Methodology:
The information collected will be
collected through the use of an
electronic forms engine or by hand
written submission using a pre-printed
form.
