Description of Application: Georgia Power Company requests Commission approval to grant Reynolds Plantation (permittee) a permit to use project lands for the construction of Dye golf course on Lake Oconee. The golf course would occupy 2.25 acres of project lands along 3,890 feet of shoreline, would consist of 6,907 square feet of boardwalk and bridge and 664 square feet of rough, and would require 1 acre of tree clearing and 1.08 acres of selective tree thinning. l.
