The agenda for the subject meeting shall be as follows: Thursday, May 26, 2011—8:30 a.m. Until 12 p.m. The Subcommittee will review Chapters 4, 6, 7, 8, 15, and 18 of the staff’s Safety Evaluation Report (SER) for the Fermi Unit 3 Combined License Application (COLA) referencing the ESBWR design. The Subcommittee will hear presentations by and hold discussions with the NRC staff, Detroit Edison Company, and other interested persons regarding this matter. The Subcommittee will gather information, analyze relevant issues and facts, and formulate proposed positions and actions, as appropriate, for deliberation by the Full Committee.
