AGENCY:
The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
The information is required to allow
HUD to award and obligate grant funds
in accordance with the FY 2010 HUD
Appropriations Act, which permits
HUD to use up to $65M of the HOPE VI
appropriation for a Choice
Neighborhoods Initiative.
SUMMARY:

burden of the proposed collection of

utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) Minimize the
