These plats are to be scheduled for
official filing 30 days from the notice of
publication in the Federal Register, as
provided for in the BLM Manual Section
2097—Opening Orders. Notice from this
office will be provided as to the date of
said publication. If a protest against a
survey, in accordance with 43 CFR
4.450–2, of the above plats is received
prior to the date of official filing, the
filing will be stayed pending
consideration of the protest.
A plat will not be officially filed until
the day after all protests have been
dismissed and become final or appeals
from the dismissal affirmed.
A person or party who wishes to
protest against any of these surveys
must file a written protest with the
Bureau of Land Management New
Mexico State Director stating that they
wish to protest.
A statement of reasons for a protest
may be filed with the Notice of protest
to the State Director or the statement of
reasons must be filed with the State
Director within thirty (30) days after the
protest is filed.

ACTION: Correction of Notice of Filing of
Plat of Survey; Minnesota.
AGENCY:
The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) is issuing a
correction to its notice of filing of plat
of survey; Minnesota. BLM will file the
plat of survey of the lands described
below in the BLM-Eastern States office
in Springfield, Virginia, 30 calendar
days from the date of publication in the
Federal Register.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On March
23, 2011, we published in the Federal
Register (76 FR 6811) a notice of filing
of plat of survey which erroneously
listed lands surveyed. This notice
correctly lists the lands surveyed. This
survey was requested by the Bureau of
Indian Affairs.
The lands surveyed are:
Fifth Principal Meridian, Minnesota
T. 145 N. R. 40 W.
The plat of survey represents the
corrective dependent resurvey of a
portion of the East and West boundary,
a portion of the subdivisional lines, a
portion of sections subdivisions, and the
subdivision of sections 31, 34 and 35,
Township 145 North, Range 40 West, of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
State of Minnesota, and was accepted
February 3, 2011.
We will place a copy of the plat we
described in the open files. It will be
available to the public as a matter of
information.
If the BLM receives a protest against
the survey, as shown on the plat, prior
to the date of the official filing, we will
stay the filing pending our
consideration of the protest.
We will not officially file the plat
until the day after we have accepted or
dismissed all protests and they have
become final, including decisions on
appeals.

Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving
notice that the Advisory Committee on
the Captain John Smith Chesapeake
National Historic Trail will hold a
meeting. Designated through an
amendment to the National Trails
System Act (16 U.S.C. 1241), the trail
consists of ‘‘a series of water routes
extending approximately 3,000 miles
along the Chesapeake Bay and its
tributaries in the States of Virginia,
Maryland, Delaware, and in the District
of Columbia,’’ tracing the 1607–1609
voyages of Captain John Smith to chart
the land and waterways of the
Chesapeake Bay. This meeting is open
to the public. Preregistration is required
for both public attendance and
comment. Any individual who wishes
to attend the meeting and/or participate
in the public comment session should
register via e-mail at

make comments, please provide a
written summary of your comments
