The Department of the
Treasury, as part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on proposed
and/or continuing information

Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995,

requires the applicant to file the original
application and the number of copies
indicated on the applicable form with
the applications filing division of the
appropriate Regional Office. If the form
does not indicate the number of copies
the applicant must file or if OTS has not
prescribed a form for the application,
