Estimated Number of Responses per
Respondent: The estimated number of
responses per respondent is as follows:
(a) It is estimated that certified private
applicators (recordkeepers), record on
an average 16 restricted use pesticide
application records annually.
(b) It is estimated that certified
commercial applicators provide 616
copies of restricted use pesticide records
to their clients annually.
(c) State agency personnel, who work
under cooperative agreements with
AMS to conduct restricted use pesticide
records inspections, have approximately
3,591 responses annually.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours on Respondents: 1,412,213. This
revision in the Total Annual Burden on
Respondents decreases the burden by
385,501 hours due to the decrease in the
number of certified applicators and the
number of restricted use pesticides
applications that certified applicators
are making annually.
Comments are invited on: (1) Whether
the proposed collection of information
is necessary for the proper performance
of the functions of the agency, including
whether the information will have
practical utility; (2) the accuracy of the
agency’s estimate of the burden of the
proposed collection of information
including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used; (3)
ways to enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (4) ways to minimize the
burden of the collection of information
on those who are to respond. Comments

The North Gifford Pinchot
Resource Advisory Committee will meet
in Salkum, Washington. The committee
is authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (Pub. L 110–343) (the
Act) and operates in compliance with
the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
The purpose of the committee is to
improve collaborative relationships and
to provide advice and recommendations
to the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with the title II
of the Act. The meeting is open to the
public. The purpose of the meeting is to
review and recommend fiscal year 2012
Title II project nominations.
DATES: The meeting will be held
Thursday, June 2, 2011 beginning at
9:30 a.m.
