Georgia Power Company, as licensee for Project No. 485–063, is invited to participate in consultations to develop the Programmatic Agreement and to sign as a concurring party to the Programmatic Agreement. For purposes of commenting on the Programmatic Agreement, we propose to restrict the service list for Project No. 485–063 as follows: Sfmt 4703 No. CP11–216–000, a Prior Notice request pursuant to sections 157.205 and 157.216 of the Commission’s Regulations under the Natural Gas Act for authorization to abandon in place, 7.1-miles of its 16-inch pipeline located in Federal waters in the Gulf of Mexico near Louisiana. The proposed abandonment will not result in the termination of any services to Texas Eastern’s customers, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
