    Take notice that on April 27, 2011, Worsham-Steed Gas Storage, LLC 
(Worsham-Steed) filed pursuant to section 284.123(e) of the 
Commission's regulations, a revised Statement of Operating Conditions 
for Gas Storage and Transportation Services provided under section 311 
of the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (``NGPA''). Worsham-Steed states
