The North American Numbering
Council (NANC) has scheduled a
meeting to be held Tuesday, May 17,
2011, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The
meeting will be held at the Federal
Communications Commission, Portals
II, 445 Twelfth Street, SW., Room TW–
C305, Washington, DC. This meeting is
open to members of the general public.
The FCC will attempt to accommodate
as many participants as possible. The
public may submit written statements to
the NANC, which must be received two
business days before the meeting. In
addition, oral statements at the meeting
by parties or entities not represented on
the NANC will be permitted to the
extent time permits. Such statements
will be limited to five minutes in length
by any one party or entity, and requests
to make an oral statement must be
received two business days before the
meeting. People with Disabilities: To
request materials in accessible formats
for people with disabilities (braille,
large print, electronic files, audio
format), send an e-mail to
fcc504@fcc.gov or call the Consumer
and Governmental Affairs Bureau at
202–418–0530 (voice), 202–418–0432
(tty). Reasonable accommodations for
people with disabilities are available
upon request. Include a description of

Corporation (FDIC) and Office of Thrift
Supervision (OTS), Treasury.
ACTION: Notice.
AGENCIES:
In accordance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C.
chapter 35), the FDIC and the OTS (the
‘‘agencies’’) may not conduct or sponsor,
and the respondent is not required to
respond to, an information collection
unless it displays a currently valid
Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) control number. On February 8,
2011, the agencies requested public
comment for 60 days on their proposal
to require savings associations currently
filing data through the Branch Office
Survey System (BOS) with the OTS to
convert to filing data through the
Summary of Deposits Survey (SOD)
with the FDIC (76 FR 7087). The BOS
and the SOD are currently approved
collections of information. One
comment letter was received on the
proposal. After considering the
comment received on the proposal, the
agencies hereby give notice of their plan
to proceed with the reporting changes
proposed and will submit the proposal
to OMB for review and approval.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before June 1, 2011.
ADDRESSES: Interested parties are
invited to submit written comments to
